How you can prepare for your session: 

• The best way to prepare for your session if to find a quiet place where you can relax and have uninterrupted privacy. 

• It is always helpful going into a session as open as possible to receive the most benefit.  

• If you have questions and/or areas you would like clarity on, you can write them down in advance and have them ready during the session. 

• It is common that once in session, people may forget what they previously wanted to ask. 

• If you do not have specific questions and/or areas of focus and are mainly checking in spiritually that is perfectly alright. We can see what comes in as a focus and go from there. 

• You are always able to ask questions during the session. This is a safe and confidential place.
